Your Inspection

What to expect from your inspection.

At Duxs Home Inspections, I provide great service for all your home needs, whether you’re buying, selling, or maintaining your property. From the first call, you can expect professional and quality service. As a certified inspector, I’ll join you on a detailed walkthrough, giving you as much information as you want. I follow the Standards of Practice set by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) to ensure a thorough inspection.

After the walkthrough, I’ll explain the home’s condition and systems to you and your agent, addressing any urgent issues right away. My detailed report, available in easy-to-read HTML and/or PDF formats, will summarize my findings with clear visual references.
